The following policy only applies to online purchased products; refunds cannot be applied to products purchased at our physical stores.
If by chance our customers are dissatisfied with an order, purchased items can be returned for a size/color replacement, store credit, or a refund within 14 days from the order delivery date.

Items must be returned with all the original tags and labels attached, along with packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, please be minded that the boxes must not be damaged and/or altered or used as an outer package for shipping as well.

Items showing signs of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer.

HOMEWARE items must be returned in perfect conditions with no damage, scratches or dents. If a HOMEWARE item has been damaged delivered, please contact us for return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all of the original accessories, parts and instructions. They must also be packed in the same proper manner in which they were received.

Returns must be packed in 100CAPRI.COM's box, which must be securely sealed with tape.

Shall the 100CAPRI.COM box be no longer available; customers may use another type of packaging suitable for shipping 100CAPRI.COM's items.

Item needs to be in the exact same condition it was received, including tag and original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns we deem as having been worn, especially in the case of swimwear. Underwear cannot be returned unless in its original sealed packaging. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer.
Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer.

SALES ON DISCOUNTED AND/OR LIMITED ITEMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Alexandre Birman will gladly exchange or issue a refund for a full-price items according to the below information:.

Returns requested within 14 days after delivery: You can choose a refund or exchange for the same priced item or less.
Returns requested between 15 and 30 days after delivery: Are eligible for exchange only.
Returns of products purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only within 30 days after delivery.

The shoes must be in perfect condition, in the original box, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all the original tags attached.

Merchandise returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles will not be accepted. Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable. Altered merchandise, usage defect, special orders, and personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned. Alexandre Birman reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Assouline online return policy?

  • If the content of your order arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If you received a damaged item, please email us with your order number, details of the damage and photos if possible.
  • If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we allow returns only within 14 days of delivery. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please email us to begin the return process. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and within 14 days of the delivery date.

Can I return an item I bought online to an Assouline store?

  • Assouline stores do not accept returns from purchases made online.
  • Items purchased at Assouline retail locations can only be returned to where the original transaction occurred.

 

Are delivery charges refundable?

  • Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 

What is your return & exchange policy for Candles?

All sales are final: Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final.

Damages: We offer a refund on items that may have been damaged in transit. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item. Candles must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt. We will not honor refunds for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping. Assouline reserves the right to reject any exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Items that appear used or worn upon inspection will not be eligible for refunds.

BONPOINT

You have the right to return to Bonpoint products purchased from https://shop.balharbourshops.com/ without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the receipt of the products purchased on Bonpoint.com

To make a return, please contact marketplace@balharbourshops.com.  Indicate your order number, the items you wish to reutrn and the reason for reteurn. We will send a return label in order to have the merchandise shipped back.  

The product(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged.

The label(s) must still be attached to the product(s).

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging (if you wish to return a kit or set, it must contain all the original components).

The returned items must be sent back Bonpoint in a single delivery. Bal Harbour Shops reserves the right not to accept products belonging to a single order returned and delivered at different times.

If the Right of Return is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in the paragraph above, Bonpoint.com shall refund, in the same form as the original payment, the sums already paid to purchase the returned products. Please note that shipping fees from the original shipment will not be refunded.

Bal Harbour Shops shall refund the sums already paid for the purchase of the products to you and, if applicable, shipping fees, only if the products are returned for reasons that may be due to Bonpoint.com, as in the case where the products do not have the promised essential characteristics, have manufacturing defects, or have been erroneously delivered. In this last case, you may notify us by email or by telephone.

The sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 (fourteen) working days following the date on which Bonpoint has become aware of your decision to exercise your right of return. We will promptly start the procedure for refunding the sum(s), after having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with as indicated above.

In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set above, you will not be entitled to any refund of the sums already paid to Bal Harbour Shops. Nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the condition in which they were sent back to us. If you do not wish to receive the products in the condition in which they were sent back to us, we shall be entitled to withhold the products and to withhold the sums already received.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order. If an order containing several products is delivered separately, the 14 day period starts from the receipt of the last item received.

Please note that personalized and engraved items cannot be returned.

Returns must be made 14 days from the date of delivery.

Subject to compliance with the aforementioned deadline and the receipt of the products returned by the customer, Christofle will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, including the 14-day delivery. The refund is made with the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial sale.

Christofle products returned incomplete, altered, and/or damaged by the customer will not be refunded.

If for any reason you receive your order and are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your original purchase. Please note that the sales receipt and original packaging must be returned at the time of the exchange. Additionally, the items must be returned to DAVIDOR in their original, unworn, undamaged, unaltered condition. Exchanges and store credits will not be permitted after 14 days. DAVIDOR does not offer any refunds on returned items and only permits exchanges or store credit which is valid for 12 months from the time of your initial purchase.

REFUND

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the appropriate checks.

Please also note that the technical time to obtain reimbursement depends on the internal procedures of your credit institution.

  1. Look at your mailbox, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form with the Return Authorisation Code (RMA) and the address of our warehouse which you will need to print and apply to the outside of the box containing the products you wish to return.
  1. Insert the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale, in fact, returns cannot be accepted if even one of the following hypotheses occurs: the warranty seal is not intact and / or has been removed from the Product; the tag is not perfectly intact and / or has been removed from the Product; all labels, in fabric or loose, are not perfectly intact and / or have been removed from the Product; the Product lacks any attached instructions / notes / manuals or is in packaging other than the original one; the Product is not in the same condition in which it was shipped; the Product has been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way. The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and, if despite the non-compliance with the above conditions we still intend to accept the return, we will charge you for any possible decrease in the value of the Product, refunding you only its residual value.

Full-priced items may be returned only within 30 days from the date of shipment. Shipments must be returned with a RMA number issued by Frette.com U.S.

Items purchased on BalHarbourShops.com cannot be returned to Frette Retail Stores, Frette Outlet Stores, or non-U.S. Frette Stores.

All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged to Bal Harbour Shops.com, Frette.com, Frette Retail Stores, or Frette Outlet Stores.

Frette.com reserves the right to refuse the return of goods transmitted and/or shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.

You may return Lalique items within 14 days, beginning with the day of delivery.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS


We repair MARIA TASH jewelry within six months of purchase at no charge. Repairs after six months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge. Repairs are assessed on an individual basis and take two to eight weeks to complete. Pricing may vary depending on the work needed and is subject to change after inspection. Bring your jewelry to a MARIA TASH store or contact cs@mariatash.com and include your name, a photo of the damage, proof of purchase, and briefly describe the issue that you are having with your jewelry. You will be provided with a Repair Form and asked to ship your piece with insurance to our flagship location. Please note that any repair sent to MARIA TASH without a Repair Form will be shipped back to the sender at their expense.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
- The goods are returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 14 days from when the shipment is delivered.
- Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been used, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up or body moisturizers rubbing off on garments, accessories or other delicate fabrics. In the result of this happening, we will be unable to accept your return.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached, including shoe boxes and dust bags. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks until you have decided to keep them.
- For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
- The following items are non-refundable/exchangeable due to health restrictions: intimates and jewellery.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.

Items must be returned within 30 days of reciept. If your return arrives after the 30 days of the original order recipet date, your return will be shipped back to your original shipping address. As a special exception for the holiday season, refunds will be accepted through January 31st on all orders placed after November 1st.

Vilebrequin merchandise will only be accepted if it is in the original condition, unworn, with original tags and receipt (or gift receipt), and accompanying accessories such as the water wallet and travel pouch, if applicable. For any items returned that are not in this condition, the return will be denied and the merchandise will be returned to you.
