The following policy only applies to online purchased products; refunds cannot be applied to products purchased at our physical stores.
If by chance our customers are dissatisfied with an order, purchased items can be returned for a size/color replacement, store credit, or a refund within 14 days from the order delivery date.

Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any sort or kind of way, and must show no signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect conditions and show no marks.

Items must be returned with all the original tags and labels attached, along with packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, please be minded that the boxes must not be damaged and/or altered or used as an outer package for shipping as well.

Items showing signs of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer.

HOMEWARE items must be returned in perfect conditions with no damage, scratches or dents. If a HOMEWARE item has been damaged delivered, please contact us for return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all of the original accessories, parts and instructions. They must also be packed in the same proper manner in which they were received.

Returns must be packed in 100CAPRI.COM's box, which must be securely sealed with tape.

Shall the 100CAPRI.COM box be no longer available; customers may use another type of packaging suitable for shipping 100CAPRI.COM's items.

In case of defective or wrong goods, we encourage Customers to contact immediately.

100CAPRI.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for a full refund of shipping and import charges.

Authorized returns with 100CAPRI.COM courier account numbers must correspond to the original country as per initial shipment.

Shall return shipment require pickup or payment of any additional charges, 100CAPRI.COM reserves the rights to refuse returns sent with a courier other than the one specified in the confirmation e-mail.

100CAPRI.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized and/or unsent returns in accordance with the Return Policy detailed and specified on our website.

In case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

If an unauthorized return is accepted, 100CAPRI.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/deposit fee from the refund.

Due to the nature of custom orders and the fact that they were created specifically for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the custom pieces were damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

For any other matter not explicitly mentioned, European distance commerce regulations prevail.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days to return your item if you are not fully satisfied.

Item needs to be in the exact same condition it was received, including tag and original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns we deem as having been worn, especially in the case of swimwear. Underwear cannot be returned unless in its original sealed packaging. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer.
Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer.

Alexandre Birman will gladly exchange or issue a refund for a full-price items according to the below information:.

Returns requested within 14 days after delivery: You can choose a refund or exchange for the same priced item or less.
Returns requested between 15 and 30 days after delivery: Are eligible for exchange only.
Returns of products purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only within 30 days after delivery.

The shoes must be in perfect condition, in the original box, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all the original tags attached.

Merchandise returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles will not be accepted. Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable. Altered merchandise, usage defect, special orders, and personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned. Alexandre Birman reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. 1.1 As a consumer, you may cancel your contract in relation to Products purchased on the Website, without any penalty, by either contacting Client Services on +1 844 442 2559, email: You have fourteen (14) days from delivery of the Products to submit your returns request.


1.2 Bally provides a carrier service for all returns within the United States and Canada. Only return shipments using our approved courier will be free of charge and at Bally's cost and liability.


1.3 Should you decide to use a courier other than the Bally approved courier, you will bear all associated costs and liability. Any costs or expenses incurred by you in the return of Products are not refundable.


1.4 You must return the Products within seven (7) business days from the date you receive the return authorization number from Bally.


1.5 You must return the Products with secure packaging. You must return the Product(s) in the same condition in which you received them and they must be returned in their original packaging; moreover, the Products must not have been washed or damaged and the relevant identification tag must still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal. Please note that Bally will review the returned Products via quality control. If the Products are sent back in perfect condition, new and with all tags and labels attached, Bally will approve the return and reimburse the price originally paid. If the recipient of the Product(s) indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such Product(s), the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.


1.6 If any of the labeling or tags are missing, do not comply with this Right of Withdrawal/Returns Policy or Bally has any reason to believe that the Products have been altered or are an imitation of the Products or were not purchased directly through this Website, Bally will not accept the return and will return the Products back to you.


1.7 Should Bally accept the return, we shall refund the price of the Product(s). Bally will refund to the card/payment method you originally used to pay for the Products, within 30 days from the date on which you give notice of your withdrawal, unless possible delays of a technical nature occur that are not attributable to Bally. Should you decide to use a courier other than the Bally approved courier, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the Product(s) back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product(s), whichever is the earliest.


1.8 You may also return the Products to stores owned or directly operated by Bally within the United States. We are unable to accept returns for purchases bought in franchising shops, outlets, retail stores, department stores, duty free shops or on any other website.

Bal Harbour Shops shall refund the sums already paid for the purchase of the products to you and, if applicable, shipping fees, only if the products are returned for reasons that may be due to, as in the case where the products do not have the promised essential characteristics, have manufacturing defects, or have been erroneously delivered. In this last case, you may notify us by email or by telephone.

The sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 (fourteen) working days following the date on which Bonpoint has become aware of your decision to exercise your right of return. We will promptly start the procedure for refunding the sum(s), after having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with as indicated above.

In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set above, you will not be entitled to any refund of the sums already paid to Bal Harbour Shops. Nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the condition in which they were sent back to us. If you do not wish to receive the products in the condition in which they were sent back to us, we shall be entitled to withhold the products and to withhold the sums already received.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order. If an order containing several products is delivered separately, the 14 day period starts from the receipt of the last item received.

Please note that personalized and engraved items cannot be returned.

Returns must be made 14 days from the date of delivery.

Subject to compliance with the aforementioned deadline and the receipt of the products returned by the customer, Christofle will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, including the 14-day delivery. The refund is made with the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial sale.

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale, in fact, returns cannot be accepted if even one of the following hypotheses occurs: the warranty seal is not intact and / or has been removed from the Product; the tag is not perfectly intact and / or has been removed from the Product; all labels, in fabric or loose, are not perfectly intact and / or have been removed from the Product; the Product lacks any attached instructions / notes / manuals or is in packaging other than the original one; the Product is not in the same condition in which it was shipped; the Product has been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way. The Consumer is in any case responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product resulting from its manipulation other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning and in this case, if the Seller deems to accept the return, the Consumer will have right to reimbursement only of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product. To this end, therefore, the Consumer is invited not to manipulate the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same and to cover the original packaging of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and protect it during transport even from writings or labels

The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and, if despite the non-compliance with the above conditions we still intend to accept the return, we will charge you for any possible decrease in the value of the Product, refunding you only its residual value.

  1. Print the return form and insert it inside the box containing the products you wish to return. Apply our warehouse address on the outside of the box.
  3. Keep the shipping receipt.
  5. When the return is at our warehouse, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.


Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to return a product, for whatever reason, within 14 days from:

(i)           the date you received the order

(ii)           the date you received the last parcel, in case the order is delivered in separate packages.

Should you decide to proceed with the return, you will be refunded for the payments you have made, including delivery costs within 14 days from when we receive your withdrawal decision. These refunds will be issued on the same payment method you selected for the purchase, unless you request a refund on a different payment method. In this case any additional costs due to the different payment method will be at your expense. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods.

We inform you that the return is completely free with the UPS return label provided in the package.

The returned products must be returned intact, complete with all their elements and accessories (including the labels and tags unaltered and attached to the product) with the attached instructions / notes / manuals, the original packaging and the guarantee certificate, if present. You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Full-priced items may be returned only within 30 days from the date of shipment. In the case where goods purchased in the same order are delivered in separate shipments, the return period starts from the dispatch date of the last shipment. Shipments must be returned with a RMA number issued by U.S.

Items purchased on cannot be returned to Frette Retail Stores, Frette Outlet Stores, or non-U.S. Frette Stores.

All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged to Bal Harbour,, Frette Retail Stores, or Frette Outlet Stores. reserves the right to refuse the return of goods transmitted and/or shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.

For any reason the Customer can return the order, completely or partially, to request for a refund or an exchange.

Return conditions
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order; return expenses are charged to
the Customer. The items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the footwear must be in the same condition as sent, with no signs of use. All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories provided (dust-bag, clothing covers, etc.), including the label of authenticity and the security seal which must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and can be returned to the Customer at his expenses. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the item.

Return procedure
If the customer wishes to return one or more items, the return form must be completed and sent to our Customer care within 14 days of the order delivery date. Our Customer care will then send an e-mail with instructions for the return procedure. In this email the Customer shall find the “Bill of lading” jointly with the “courier sticker” to be attached to the box. The Customer is requested to faithfully follow the instructions provided. Kiton also reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not meet the conditions imposed, to return it at the expense of the customer itself.

We accept both size or color changes of the same model, if available. The return shipping of the item subject to change is charged to the customer while the shipping of the new item is free up to one change per item.

Defective goods
Only items received already damaged or showing conformity defects are considered defective. In case of defective items the Customer shall follow the same return procedure by filling out the form. Kiton reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns. In case of acceptance of the defective return, Kiton will refund the purchase price of the item and the shipping costs.

In the event that the Customer requests a refund for the returned items, Kiton will endeavor to make the refund as soon as possible or in any case within 20 working days from the date of acceptance of the return. The refund will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer, and on the same account, unless otherwise indicated in writing by the customer. The actual visibility date of the refund may vary due to factors beyond the responsibility of Kiton. Refunds are also issued in the same currency as the original purchase. We also remind that the refund will only concern the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping costs and customs duties, which will be borne by the Customer.


La Perla accepts returns of unused items by mail within 28 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.

The following items will NOT be accepted:
- Beauty products, such as fragrances or lipstick.

- Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything La Perla reasonably believes has been used.

- Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact. (Please note that only the swimsuits have the protective adhesive strip.)

- Hosiery items if their package has been opened.

- Any personalized or monogrammed items.

- Discounted or sale items.

- Face masks.

Returns that do not comply with the La Perla returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.


You may return Lalique items within 14 days, beginning with the day of delivery.

IMPORTANT: Returns are submitted at the expense and risk of customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in sellable condition. Items damaged, soiled in anyway and/or incomplete will not be accepted. The selling price, packing and shipping costs paid by the customer will be reimbursed within 14 days, following the day Bal Harbur Shops is informed of the customer's decision to cancel the order, provided that the item/items returned have been received by Lalique. Items that have been customized or altered are not returnable and non-refundable.


You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it, free of charge. Items must be returned to us unused with all original tags and labels, in their original packaging.

If return forms are included in your package, please follow the instructions. If for some reason they are not present, please email and a return slip will be issued to you.

Where provided, belts and any MFVD packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and will be sent back to the customer.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all MFVD garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted, and will be kept at our warehouse at the customer’s disposal for 30 days from the date of receipt. After this time, MFVD reserves the right to dispose of such goods and no further claims will be entertained.

Please group all returns from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account due to varying processing times between banks and payment providers.

If you would like to exchange your items, Marie France Van Damme accepts exchanges of items that are of equal value. No surcharges will be applied.

In order to exchange your items, you must notify our customer service within 7 working days of receiving your order either by email at:, or by post at: Notice of Contract Cancellation, Return Department, Marie France Van Damme, 8/F, 12 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Upon receipt of this notification, we will email you a Return Authorization Code (R.A.C). Please fill in the R.A.C. on your order invoice and include it with your returns. This will allow us to issue a prompt refund. Your returned goods should be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving our R.A.C confirmation.


You may return your items for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. Exchanges are final sale and sale merchandise, intimate apparel, jewelry, and swimwear are not returnable.


You may return your items for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds and a sales receipt is required for all claims. Merchandise must be in original condition, with tags attached, at the time of exchange.

Sale items are final sale and store credit must be redeemed at the store in which they are issued and are not transferable.


9.1 Customer has the right to return Product(s) from its Order, with no penalty and no requirement to specify a reason, by returning the Products it received to Ferragamo within thirty (30) days from the date such Products were delivered. Returns of Sale or Clearance Product(s) and Timepieces must be received by Ferragamo within ten (10) days from date of delivery. Timepiece returns must be accompanied with their original warranty booklet. Custom or made-to-order items, Jewelry (Gold and Silver), and opened Fragrances are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

9.2 Customer may return part or all of an Order, subject to Article 9.1.

9.3 In connection with returning Products, the Customer must use the return form enclosed in the packaging.

9.4 Customer acknowledges that:
• Customer is responsible for and assumes all risks relating to shipment, including delays; and
• Customer is not responsible for shipping expenses related to returning such Products provided that Ferragamo return procedures are followed.

9.5 Customers are advised to utilize UPS (information will be in the package received by Customer) for returning Products. However, Customer may elect to choose to use any courier service at the Customer’s expense.

9.6 In addition to Articles 9.1 and 9.3, to be a valid and effective return, the following conditions must be met:
• the return form must be correctly filled in and enclosed with the returned Product or Products;
• Products must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging; and
• if applicable, all tags must still be attached to any returned Product.
• the Product is not a custom or made-to-order item, Jewelry (Gold and Silver), or opened Fragrance.
• Fragrances must be unopened and in the original plastic wrapping.

All returns are subject to Ferragamo’s verification that returned Products are still in original condition.

9.7 If a return is made in accordance with all the above conditions, Ferragamo will refund Customer with the sum already paid by credit card or to PayPal account as soon as possible, and in any event, within thirty (30) days starting from the time that Ferragamo receives and inspects the Customer’s returned Products. The sums shall be deemed refunded when actually credited in original form of payment not later than the above-mentioned deadline.

9.8 Ferragamo will only accept in the manner described above returns or replacement or refund requests solely for Products that were purchased from the Website. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and therefore will be sent back to the Customer.


Return Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns for products returned in original unopened and sellable condition.
Product(s) purchased in the U.S. on may be returned for a refund if the products are returned in their original unopened and sellable condition within 15 days from the date the package was received, along with a copy of the Sales Receipt and completed Return Form.

We have a strict return policy for all items returned not in original and sellable condition. If clients wish to receive the product back, they will be charged for the shipping expense of the returned item. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Please contact Customer Service by email at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included in the Return Form, and FedEx return shipping label. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Returns may be mailed back to Santa Maria Novella USA using the FedEx return shipping label provided by Customer Service. Please contact Customer Service by email at Indicate your order number, the items you wish to reutrn and the reason for reteurn. We will send a return label in order to have the merchandise shipped back to us. No return will be accepted that has not contacted Customer Service first to authorize the return.

Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.

No Cancellation or Changes
Please carefully check to ensure that all details in your order are accurate prior to finalizing your purchase at check-out.


Items must be returned within 30 days of reciept. If your return arrives after the 30 days of the original order recipet date, your return will be shipped back to your original shipping address. As a special exception for the holiday season, refunds will be accepted through January 31st on all orders placed after November 1st.

Vilebrequin merchandise will only be accepted if it is in the original condition, unworn, with original tags and receipt (or gift receipt), and accompanying accessories such as the water wallet and travel pouch, if applicable. For any items returned that are not in this condition, the return will be denied and the merchandise will be returned to you.
