This Nerano shirt features a breast pocket, secured by two red bar tacks on the chest, and a straight hem. On the back there are two darts on the sides, which provide greater comfort and freedom of movement. The hand-carved Sydney mother-of-pearl buttons are made from the ''Pinctada Maxima'' pearl oyster, which is farmed in the Australian oceans. Quality, simplicity and exclusivity: this garment requires six hours of craftsmanship and 22 artisan steps, which are completed in our atelier in Naples.
