Returns Policy

We accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. We are not in a position to offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days of purchase. Exceptions are noted below. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in the original, saleable condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the returned item(s). 

If you have a gift receipt, you will get a refund in the form of a store credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we may instead send a refund to the gift giver, so be aware the gift-giver will be notified of your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or shipper. Instead, returned items with their receipt or proof of purchase should be mailed to:

You are responsible for your shipping costs to return any item. In the event that we pay the shipping costs for a return, it will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you if a refund is approved.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank's processing time, your credit may take a few days to reflect on your account once it is processed by us. But if a number of days have passed and you have not been able to see a refund posted with your bank or credit card company, you can contact us to inquire about it at inquiry@balharbour.shops


We only replace a purchased item if it is in a defective or damaged condition when you receive it. If that occurs and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at inquiry@balharbour.shops and mail any item to be exchanged with its receipt or proof of purchase to:

Depending on where you live and available inventory, the time for a replacement item to reach you may vary.
